Datchie Alarcon experienced God’s transforming grace in her own life, as He delivered her from a season of living without purpose, restored her family, and taught her to walk in faith and obedience. Through prayer, God’s Word, and seeing the needs within her community, He placed a growing burden in her heart for the people of Goodyear, Kabasalan, and confirmed her calling to shepherd and plant a church. Datchie desires to establish a Christ-centered church where families can hear the Gospel, grow in their faith, and find a community centered on prayer and discipleship. She hopes to reach children, youth, and families through outreach while providing Bibles, teaching materials, and other basic ministry resources. Having experienced God’s grace and transformation firsthand, Datchie is committed to helping others encounter that same hope and new life through Jesus Christ.

In a country where religion permeates many aspects of daily life, Christian churches offer solace and strength amidst personal challenges and societal upheavals. They also contribute to the social fabric by engaging in charitable activities, educational initiatives, and advocacy for social justice. As symbols of faith and compassion, Christian churches remain indispensable in meeting the spiritual, social, and emotional needs of the Filipino people.
