Asia Spahi, an adventurous 8-year-old bursting with curiosity and dreams. Living in the town of Bilisht with her parents and siblings, she dives into her studies with enthusiasm, soaking up knowledge like a sponge and aspiring to become a teacher.

 

Bilisht is an agricultural area located in southeastern Albania, in the district of Devoll that has a large Roma population. Like many rural areas, Bilisht faces challenges due to the area’s extreme poverty, lack of resources, and access to basic necessities, including education. Domestic conflict and neglect is common, especially during the winter months. Your sponsorship is greatly needed to ensure these children receives the basic daily necessities but also Christ centered education and a future filled with hope.
