Denisa's family is very poor and they struggle to make ends meet. She lives with her parents and adopted sister. Her mother survived breast cancer is now disabled. When she grows up, she wants to become a doctor.

Divjaka is located an hour and a half South from the capital city of Tirana. Every day after school, the children get to play games and eat a meal. This location provides activities and time for the children to play with their friends in a safe environment while also getting the food, clothing, shelter, access to healthcare, and love that they need.
