Joel's family is very poor and can't provide for their family of 7. When he grows up, he wants to become a police officer. 

The town of Burrel, where he lives, is about 2 hours outside of the capital city of Tirana. The community here is impoverished. We are currently working to provide food, clothing, shelter, access to healthcare, and love to the children here.
