Mendu's family is very poor and can't provide for the five members of their household. His father was involved in a work accident and severely injured his leg. When he grows up, he wants to become a driver like his dad.

 

The town of Burrel, where he lives, is about 2 hours outside of the capital city of Tirana. The community here is impoverished. We are currently working to provide food, clothing, shelter, access to healthcare, and love to the children here.
